Huevault — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026 Controller: JK.Creative LLC, 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201, USA Contact / data requests: support-huevault@jkcreative.store

This policy explains what Huevault (https://huevault.jkcreative.store) collects, why, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

Order brief: the choices you submit — email address, industry/vertical, brand colors, mood, size selections, optional brand name / tagline, and an optional short note.
Uploaded logo / mark: if you upload one, the image file, which we normalize to a clean PNG.
Payment metadata: we use Square to take payment. Square provides us an order ID, the amount paid, currency, and (if you enter it) a buyer email. We never receive or store your full card number or bank details — Square handles those directly.
Delivery + basic technical data: the delivery email we send (via Resend) and ordinary server/log data needed to run and secure the Service.

Cookies / analytics: the Huevault site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Payment happens on Square's own hosted checkout (Square's cookies and privacy terms apply there, not on our domain).

We do not intentionally collect special-category / sensitive personal information, and you should not upload any.

2. How we use it

to produce, quality-check, and deliver your order;
to email you your download link and order-related messages;
to take and verify payment, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
to provide support and keep basic business/tax records;
to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your uploaded logo or brief to train AI models. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

3. Who we share it with (processors)

Square — payment processing (its own privacy terms apply).
Resend — sending your delivery/notification emails.
Hosting/infrastructure we control (a Mac host and an Oracle Cloud VPS reverse proxy).

We share only what each provider needs to perform its function, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

4. How long we keep it

Uploaded logo (pre-payment, unpaid): deleted automatically after a short window (currently ~7 days) if checkout isn't completed.
Uploaded logo (paid order): retained while we produce, deliver, and support the order, then purged on a defined retention schedule (target: deleted within ~90 days of delivery unless you ask sooner). See the retention job in pipeline/retention.py.
Delivered ZIP / render output: available via an expiring download link (currently 60 days), then eligible for cleanup.
Order records (brief + payment metadata): kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal/tax obligations.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your uploaded logo and personal information by emailing support-huevault@jkcreative.store. To protect your data, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity (e.g., confirming the order email) before acting on a request. We will honor valid requests within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. We do not sell or "share" (as defined under California law) personal information.

Depending on where you live (e.g., California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising them; contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

6. Security

We treat uploads as untrusted and re-encode them; we sign and expire download links; and we limit access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults; it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change and the current version will be posted at the Service.
